Mortgage Modification Mediation

Bankruptcy Court now provides a Mortgage Modification Mediation (“MMM”) program. This MMM program is set up to bring a Debtor and the mortgage holder on Debtor’s real property to explore mortgage modification options.

The main purpose of the MMM program is to facilitate communication and exchange of information and documents. The Court appoints a mediator to oversee and assure that the guidelines are followed.
